ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
Following checkout, you will receive an email from Gulezan or a confirmation window with a system-generated order number. This is the first step in accepting your transaction.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Items that are out of stock during the processing or fulfillment process, technical errors in order placement, a negative or suspicious order history, articles discovered to be defective during quality control, incorrect or incomplete delivery or email address, pricing issues, or if the issuing financial institution declines the credit/debit card payment are just a few of the reasons why Gulezan retains the right to cancel orders.
Before the order is processed or dispatched, the customer has the right to cancel at any moment.
ORDER PLACEMENT:
Consumers can use bank transfers or the payment options offered on the website to make payments. The availability of the product you requested is not guaranteed by the Gulezan Store. Although we will make every attempt to fulfill your initial purchase, you will be given the option to select any other product, design, or color (within the same price range) if any of the ordered items are unavailable. Delivery delays brought on by out-of-stock merchandise are not our responsibility. The order may be canceled without warning if we don’t hear back from the customer. Only once the foreign customer has made the payment is the order handled.
DELAYS:
Liabilities Not Assumed: Gulezan will make every attempt to deliver goods as quickly as possible while adhering to the regular delivery schedule. However, regardless of the reason for the delay, Gulezan will never be held responsible for any delays in order pickup, delivery, or transportation. Furthermore, due to uncontrollable circumstances, Gulezan will not be held responsible if an order is lost, damaged, misdelivered, out of stock, canceled, or not delivered. These comprise, but are not restricted to, “acts of God,” such as earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, or “force majeure.” For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Force Majeure” refers to an occurrence that is outside of Gulezan’s reasonable control and prevents it from carrying out its responsibilities. Any delay in fulfilling its obligations under these terms and conditions, as well as any failure to do so, will not be Gulezan’s responsibility.

International Delivery: 5 – 10 working days, INSHALLAH
During Sales Days:
Local Delivery: 5 – 10 working days, INSHALLAH
